Gen Y blog network Brazen Careerist launched again today with a new design and a new purpose: as career management tool and social/professional network for young professionals.

This book forces job hunters to think seriously about their careers (both past and future) in ways you’ve never thought of before. Perhaps more importantly, it helps develop tools you didn’t know you needed. You should already have a resumé, but what about a whole job-hunting portfolio?

This week I talk to Mike Lynch, a front-end web developer, graphic designer, and junior developer at Toronto design firm NuBrand, about his recent projects, past internships, and why web developers are currently so in demand.
