“Selected students and graduates will have telephone pre-screens and, if you meet the requirements, you could be chosen for an in-person interview with the hiring manager,” she says.
Making an impression in the job interview
Krista suggests that the key to making an impression during a job interview at The Scarborough Hospital is preparation.
“You should be knowledgeable of TSH and our mission, vision and values. You should also be prepared to provide examples of conflict, problem solving, multi-tasking.”
For the interview itself, Krista says she and her team appreciate when you show up on time, act professionally, and answer their questions in a clear and concise manner.
